PHASE I. PROJECT ORIENTATION
The project team from Techno will meet with the client's team to define the scope of the project. An explicit determination of the client's goals and objectives will be outlined as well as any distinctive operational requirements needed to achieve an optimum design solution.

PHASE II. PROJECT SCHEDULE
Our project approach and process allows our clients a full understanding and awareness of each decision's impact and consequences, enabling them to make informed decisions at key critical points along the way. Our clients receive a comprehensive project schedule complete with timetables. In addition, space analysis, project definitions, block layouts / stacking diagrams and space plans are also provided for visualization of completed projects.

PHASE III. PROGRAMMING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING
Prior to determining the extent of a new facility, planned office move or office renovation, a thorough review of present conditions, projections of future growth or down-sizing and a determination of comprehensive design requirements must be completed.
